Carleton Ford receives prestigious national award

Almonte/Carleton Place EMC, May 27, 2010

Superior service and customer satisfaction has earned Carleton Ford in Carleton Place a national award by Ford Motor Company of Canada, Ltd.
Carleton Ford is among an elite group of Ford and Lincoln dealerships to be recognized with the 2009 President's Award.

The prestigious award honours dealerships that have excelled in automotive retailing in 2009, by providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Ford of Canada is recognizing 133 Ford and Lincoln dealers across the country for delivering a superior customer experience in sales, service and overall ownership of their Ford or Lincoln vehicle.

"Earning this award is a reflection of our entire staff's commitment to delivering the best customer experience possible," says Carleton Ford owner, Mike Pitre.
"I couldn't be more proud to receive this recognition, especially since it comes from the people we value most - our customers. They're the reason we were able to achieve this award," Pitre continued.

"The President's Award signifies our gratitude for those dealers who reach beyond daily tasks and make a difference to their customers," says Al McCormick, Canadian vice president of Ford Customer Service Division.

"We award our dealers for their outstanding commitment to our customers because just as Ford strives to deliver the highest quality products and technologies to customers, our dealers share that same passion in providing a world-class experience in vehicle sales and service."

ABOUT THE AWARD
The President's Award was introduced in Canada in 2000. Dealers become eligible through excellence in dealership operations and exceptional customer feedback through survey responses from customers related to their sales and service satisfaction and overall dealership experience.
